Terrific summation of the three different philosophical approaches to the four primary branches of philosophy. I know which one makes the most sense to me, and, as usual, I don't see any reasons put forth as to why Objectivism is wrong - only 4 letter invectives. When it comes to actually defending religion and/or leftist subjectivism reason has left the building. And if you read and understand what Mr. Biddle just wrote, you know why.

Yet another article that hits it out of the park. Be encouraged to read this article in its entirety.

Ancient Greeks made some headway against Scepticism (knowledge is impossible) but Plato created a false alternative (Mysticism). His student Aristotle correctly identified our ability to conceptualise, categorize, and evaluate was a natural ability, not a vision into an alternate Universe.

Ayn Rand reconstituted from the ground up, the partial remains of flawed but partially valid Aristotelian doctrine to derive a facts based objective theory of morality using the 2400 years of history we have since Aristotle’s time. Craig Biddle has succinctly characterized the false alternatives along with the reasonable and rational one.

Philosophy’s great, just not objectivism. I have standards. No bullshit, please.
